We have developed online group based events that challenge participants in "Gamestorming" sessions that provide a view that previously didn't exist for pre-hire assessment. These events demonstrate a person's communication, presentation, likeability, collaboration, mental acuity and creativity abilities. Digital Conversation
Choose a pre-selected topic or question and conduct a two way conversation where participants provide solutions - great for assessing communication and reasoning skills (5-10 people).
White Board Collaborative
Participants collaborate using a digital white board to create a group solution to a "real world" business challenge or equaiton. It's great for technical or more complex problem solving (5 - 10 people).
Tech Chat
Open the Chat Lines to your key Technical or Engineering staff so prospective employees will get a sense of the type of work that is done and what level of knowledge is needed to be successful. Having an engineer conduct an hour of "open chat" - getting top talent interested..."priceless."
Manager Challenger
A question is posted for anyone to respond to within a small time window of time (say an afternoon...it's something that only a successful person on that manager's team would be able to answer...this can really separate the pretenders from those with the goods...
Twitter Q&A
This is a great way to increase the reach of your Talent Community. With the right topic the Twitterati will have their chance to spread the content by inviting friends and followers that can join in...no better way to share your Employment Brand with interested prospects!

Our Video Meeting capability will help you easily get a sense of what a person is like in a very personal way. There is no software to download - just click on the link and you are off - and if you need a web cam we'll overnight one to you. This Networking Event is for when you are serious about cultivating a strong relationship with a Talent Community member - or want to consider inviting them to formally interview for an open position (particularly for an anonymous member protecting their ID).
